When will I recive my order?
It takes us between 1-3 weeks to produce your order after which it must be collected by the selected parcel. Shipping time depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:
Standard national shipments 3-5 business days, express shipping 1-3 business days.
Delivery times are the responsibility of the parcel services and any situation should be resolved with them since we are different companies and we have no power over third-party companies.
It is important to base your choice according to the sense of urgency in which you require your order.
Where is my order shipped from?
Your order is sent from LeĆ³n Gto with the package that you decide to send it at the time of payment.
My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet. What I do?

I have received a damaged or defective product. What I do?
If your product has arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, contact us to resolve it as soon as possible.

If we have exchanges on cowhide items for another size, you will only have to take care of the shipping costs and wait for the production time.
