1.- What payment methods do you use?
You can purchase with a credit or debit card or PayPal on the website.
You can also pay by deposit or bank transfer, to do so you must contact our social networks, be it Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok or Whatsapp.
2.- How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Made-to-order Shoes take approximately 1-3 weeks to be ready after payment. Shoes that are in stock ship immediately every business day.
Shipping is made through FEDEX or Estafeta, it takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive.
Shipping may be affected by factors such as:
-High season (package saturation),
-Natural disasters.
-Package inspection
-Holidays and weekends.
-Theft of parcel delivery unit.
3.- How much does shipping cost?
National shipping is free on purchases over $2000mxn. International shipping costs $45usd.
4.- If my shipment is delayed, what should I do?
If the shipment has taken more than 5 business days, the first thing is to contact the parcel service through the telephone numbers provided on their website. (Remember that on holidays the parcel rests)

5.- Can returns be made?
We are sorry but we cannot make returns since various shipping, packaging and time costs are incurred, but we do have product exchanges or exchanges for credits.

7.- Are the shoes made of genuine leather?
All our leathers are authentic, we work with certified tanneries, with lead-free processes.
